| What are your studio hours? |

Studio hour are, Tuesday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Saturday
from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.. Other times are available by
appointment. |
| What type of services do you offer? |
|
Our services include: wedding, portraits, pass ports, photo
restoration, business headshots, special events, graduating
seniors, school photography, commercial, modeling, CD cover and much more
to meet all your photographic needs.
If you would like something specific done, just give us a call and
we will give you a quote.

Yes, we
have many different packages and individual prints to meet your needs and budget. You can also
customize your own portrait package.

| How far ahead do we need to book our photo
shoot, wedding or event? |
Our booking are based on any open date and time. Please contact our
studio to check your
desirable date and time.

| Can you hold our wedding or event date for
us? |
| A
signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer must be received before
we can hold a special event date. No retainer is required to hold in
studio photo shoot. |

Are the pictures retouched? |
|
Yes, your pictures can be retouched! We have two type of retouching
services, basic retouching (removing moles, scars, scratches, etc) and
other retouching (removing 2 or more objects, glass glare, braces
removal and stray hair). Some retouching services are included depending
your package or type of service. |
| Do you sell gift certificates? |
| Yes, they are available
in any denomination. They are a great gift for newborns, family and friends. |
| Do you work out of a studio or your home? |
|
Our studio, which is fully equipped with state of the art professional
lighting equipment with a large selection of natural backgrounds for
you to
choose from. A large wardrobe changing room, a family style
reception area that provides a comfortable family style atmosphere
for our clients. Our photo studio is conveniently located at 2256
Washington Ave, close to 580 and 880 in San Leandro, CA. We also
have front door parking available.

| How long will it take to get my pictures taken? |
| A regular photo session
will take up to an hour and a half. Right after we are finished taking
your pictures, we will review them on a large display to check for
any changes to be made (makeup, hair, outfit, etc...) and do a retake if needed.
You will always leave our studio with that perfect print. |
| Is a make-up artist available? |
| Yes! We work with a
professional make-up artist from Mary Kay to give you that perfect look
and glow. Please let up know
that you need a make-up artist when booking your photo shoot. |
| Is online proofing available? |
| Yes! We know you might
want to check with other family members or friends before making your
final order selection. All wedding and special events have online
viewing also. |
